We are Coaches because we have caught the heart and conviction of discipleship in our church. We carry influence, our voices carry weight, and most importantly, God has called us to make disciples and mature them beyond their salvation—moving people from a point of calling Jesus their Saviour, to truly living like Jesus is Lord of their life. 

Paul said, “Imitate me as I imitate Christ,” (1 Cor 1:11), and this is why it is so important that we lead by example. The leaders we invest into will imitate the ways we live, and eventually lead the way we lead, so carefully minding how we coach matters. 

How we coach MUST be first and foremost grounded in our personal relationship with Christ, and in scripture.  We have provided these courses to you as tools to study and grow, and develop a more confident approach to scripture, and to handling cultural nuances from a biblical worldview.

Remember, we exist to connect people to God, are not only for us to grow personally in our walk with God, rather to equip us to help others grow in maturity in their walks.
